• Taking an individual impression from the outer ear using 2-component silicone
• Digitalization of the ear impression with a 3D-laser scanner
• Digital shell design
• Electronical storage of the digitalized iinformation:
  • Quality is ensured
  • Lost earmoulds can be quickly replaced  
• Custom-made earmold production with selective laser sintering (SLS)
• Measurement of attenuation performance with PAC system
